The New Baneshwor Complex project, developed by Mr. Kapoor in the heart of Kathmandu, posed a unique challenge as it needed to accommodate a wide range of potential businesses. Following the successful completion of his international-standard fitness center, Mr. Kapoor sought to develop a commercial building for rental purposes. With no specific tenants in mind, the design had to be versatile and adaptable. After researching nearby commercial buildings and understanding preferred rental spaces, the project commenced with a geological survey and soil testing. The design went through several iterations before being finalized. A comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) was prepared for the bidding process, leading to the selection of a contractor. Throughout construction, close collaboration with the contractor and adherence to a detailed Construction Administration plan ensured that the project was completed on time, saving both time and money for Mr. Kapoor.
